10. DMCA copyright policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe content on Free Tool Arena infringes your copyright, send a DMCA takedown notice to hello@freetoolarena.com with subject line “DMCA Notice”. Include:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including URL.
• Your contact information (address, phone, email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

We respond to valid DMCA notices by removing the infringing content. Counter-notices may be submitted by the original poster following the DMCA procedure.

11. User-submitted content

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator’s home jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the site shall first be addressed through good-faith informal negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body in the operator’s jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for matters involving intellectual property or unauthorized site access.

Class actions are waived to the extent permitted by law. Individual claims must be brought in the operator’s home jurisdiction or via arbitration as described above.

16. Entire agreement
