Re: Order #MA-2026-48213Meridian Pro 18-cup Stand Mixer

To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing to formally complain about a Meridian Pro 18-cup Stand Mixer I purchased from Meridian Appliances, Inc. on March 12, 2026 (Order #MA-2026-48213). The product has failed to meet the most basic standards of quality, and my attempts to resolve the issue through your customer service team have so far gone unanswered.

The mixer arrived with a visibly cracked bowl and a motor that overheats within five minutes of use. I contacted your customer service line twice (on March 14 and March 21), was placed on hold for more than 40 minutes each time, and on both occasions the representative promised a callback that never came.

To resolve this matter, I am requesting a replacement of the product at no additional cost, within 14 days of receiving this letter. Should I not hear back within that window, I will have no choice but to escalate this complaint to my state’s consumer protection office and the Better Business Bureau.

I have enclosed supporting documentation and expect a prompt, written response. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.

Enclosed:

  • Copy of the original receipt
  • Photographs of the cracked bowl
  • Screenshots of my prior support tickets

Sincerely,

Samantha Brooks
