Flip Text

Flip text upside down, reverse it, or strike it through using real Unicode. Works in Twitter, Instagram, Discord, WhatsApp.

Updated May 2026

Upside down

¡pʃɹoʍ oʃʃǝH

Reversed

!dlrow olleH

Strikethrough

H̶e̶l̶l̶o̶ ̶w̶o̶r̶l̶d̶!̶

Underlined

H̲e̲l̲l̲o̲ ̲w̲o̲r̲l̲d̲!̲

These use real Unicode characters, not images. They work in Twitter, Instagram bios, Discord, WhatsApp, and most apps that render Unicode — which is essentially everything modern.

What it does

Flip text upside down, reverse it, strike it through, or underline it — all using real Unicode characters that paste cleanly into Twitter bios, Discord, WhatsApp, and any modern app. Output works as plain text, not images, so it stays selectable and accessible.

Frequently asked questions

Will this work in [my app]?
If the app renders Unicode (which is essentially every modern app), yes. Old SMS or some text-based terminals may show squares for characters they don't support, but bios on Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Discord, and WhatsApp all render correctly.
Why do some characters not flip?
Some characters (Cyrillic, less-common punctuation, emoji) don't have an upside-down counterpart in Unicode. The tool leaves those as-is rather than substituting a wrong glyph.
