What it does
Bidirectional hex ↔ text converter. Encodes any string as hex bytes (UTF-8), or decodes a hex sequence back to text. Tolerates spaces, commas, line breaks, and the 0x prefix on decode — paste in whatever format you have.
Pure client-side via the browser's TextEncoder / TextDecoder. Handles emoji and other multi-byte UTF-8 characters correctly.
